Speaking

Keynotes for the rooms shaping what's next.

Conferences, leadership offsites, university stages, and boardrooms. Talks that leave people quieter on the way out and clearer about what comes next.

You're Not Burned Out. You're Unsupported.

Burnout isn't about working too hard. It's about carrying more than any one person was designed to carry alone. This talk reframes exhaustion as a structural problem and gives audiences a real path forward. Available as a keynote or 60-minute workshop.

Community as Infrastructure

The strongest cities of the next decade will be the ones that treat neighborly labor as critical infrastructure and actually pay for it.

The Invisible Economy

Trillions of dollars of value are generated every year through unpaid care, mutual aid, and community labor that GDP never counts. This talk makes it visible.

The Threshold

What separates leaders who thrive alongside AI from those who struggle with it has nothing to do with technical fluency.

The Mom Founder Thesis

The most under-resourced founders in the venture ecosystem may also be the most prepared to build companies that last.

Speaker bio

Tamara V. Lucas

Tamara V. Lucas is a community architect and three-time founder building the infrastructure for an economy that actually values community labor. A Techstars alum and former social worker, she founded My Panda, SoftEdge, and the nonprofit Single Mom Founders. Before that she spent nearly twenty years in fine wine sales, learning that revenue follows listening and relationships are the real product.

Her talks draw from real founder experience, a social worker's understanding of systems, and a genuine belief that people were made to help each other. She speaks like a neighbor who also happens to know what she's talking about.
