Three careers. One through-line: people.
I started in social work, earning my Master's degree and spending years with troubled children and families, learning how systems create inequalities and what it takes to change them. That work gave me a lens I've never put down.
Then I spent nearly 20 years in fine wine sales and management, calling on the most prestigious accounts in the state, building distribution across three states, and creating a collective sales model that brought four wineries together under one channel. I learned how to listen, how to grow revenue from what you hear, and how to build relationships that last.
Through all of it, I was a single mom, watching my neighborhood carry invisible labor with no infrastructure to support it. So I built one.
What you get with me is a founder who understands systems, genuinely loves selling, builds community by instinct, and plays the long game. Because that's the only game worth playing.
